Install propertiesEdit plugin in Myeclipse

I)   Help > Software Updates > Find and Install II)  Search for new features to install > Next III) New Remote Site > Name : PropertiesEdit > URL   :

Note: 1. You should open properties file with “PropertiesEditor”.
2. Right click Editor Panel, click “Show Unicode”.

3. Copy Unicode and create a new file, name it like “MessageResource_zh(language code)_CN(Country Code)”.
With this plugin, you don’t need to use native2ascii in command line.
